The humble petition of Sarah Graves of the town of Peel.
Sheweth That Henry Graves your petr's late husband some short time ago
departed this life intestate leaving your petitioner his widow and Henry
Graves an only child him surviving.
That is is requisite that administration should be granted of the goods
and effects of the said Henry Graves for the benefit of all parties
interested therein.
Wherefore your petitioner humbly prays that administration of the
estate goods and effects of the said testator may be granted to your
petitioner and she will pray. J. Llewellyn for petitioner
At a Court held at KK Michael this 28th day of March Sarah Graves is sworn
duly to administer to the estate of Henry Graves her deceased husband to pay
his debts and expences and do all things in the office of administratrix
according to law to which she has given pledges to the amount of 150 pounds
- John Booth of Peel and Peter Crank Moore of Douglas.
