Printed forms dated 28 April 1831 grant probate to William Cain and accept pledges John Cannel and Thomas Quirk, both of Michael.
Michael
In the name of God amen. I John Kinrade
of the parish of Michael, being sick and weak
of body but of sound mind memory and understanding
do make this my last and testament as follows
First I commend my soul to God that gave it and
my body to christian burial
Secondly I leave and bequeath to my father James
Kinrade the sum of one shilling and sixpence
British as legacy.
Item I leave and bequeath to my sister Charlotte
Kinrade the sum of one shilling and sixpence
British as legacy.
Item I leave to any person claiming in this
my last Will and Testament the sum of
sixpence British each as legacy.
Lastly, I nominate ordain constitute
and appoint my uncle William Caine
whole and sole executor of all the rest
of my goods & effects moveable or
immovable of what nature kind
or denomination soever they be
Confirming this to be my last Will and
Testament this 14th day of June 1830
