The last will and testament of Isabella Kinnish of Mullinaraghey in the
parish of Malew, being of a sound mind and memory at the declaration
thereof.
First Item I commend my precious soul to the care and protection of Almighty
God and my body to Christian burial.
Secondly For the love and affection which I bear unto my daughter Ann I
leave and bequeath unto her the sum of fifty pounds British.
Thirdly for the love and affection which I bear unto my daughter Jane I
leave and bequeath unto her the sum of fifty pounds British.
Fourthly for the love and affection which I bear unto my son Christopher
I leave and bequeath unto him the sum of fifty pounds British.
Fifthly for the love and affection which I bear unto my son Robert I leave
and bequeath unto him the sum of fifty pounds British
Sixthly for the love and affection which I bear unto my son John, I leave
and bequeath unto him one moiety or my half of all the purchased lands
belonging to myself and husband namely one half of Ballakissage
's Croft in the parish of KK Santon and Thomas Kneale's Croft commonly known
by the name of Croit Viccal in the parish of Malew.
Seventhly for the love and affection which I bear unto my son William I
leave and bequeath unto him the sum of twenty pounds British which sum is
not to be payable until such time as he receives an equal sum of
twenty pounds British from his wife's friends.
Eighthly I leave unto my other children namely Thomas and Elizabeth and
Isabella in the following manner.
I leave and bequeath unto them to Thomas the sum of one pound British
to Elizabeth five pound British and to Isabella five pounds British.
And Lastly I nominate and appoint my affectionate husband sole executor of
all my worldly goods moveable and immoveable monies notes
mortgages and effects, subjecting him to the punctual payment of all my just
debts and the above legacies.  And in order to prevent any litigation and
strife about this my last wish and will I leave and bequeath to any
and each person whom the laws of this island would enable to annul this deed
the sum of five shillings British.  Signed and delivered in presence
of us the undersigned witnesses this second day of October one thousand

Through forgetfulness in stating the sixth article or item of the above
will it was omitted that my son John was not to possess the above
parcels of land of Croit Ballakissage and Croit Viccal until the death of
his last surviving parent and that the other legatees were not to be paid
their legacies till they have arrived at the age of twenty one years. I
now wish it and appoint it to be so in presence of the undersigned witnesses
