                     Marown

             At a Chapter Court, holden at
             Douglas 29th April 1834

Margaet Corkish als Parks of the Parish of
Kirk Marown having departed this life on or about the
{blank} Inesate;
and this Court having received intelligence theeofr, hat (for the preservation
of the rights of all Person Concerned) Decreed her children
Charles, William, John, Samuel, Daniel
and Catherine Corkish co-admors
of all and singular the Goods, Rights, Credits, Chattels, and Effects, moveable
and immovebale whatever of the said Deceadent. And they the said
children being of too tender years to undertake
the Admon, their father, William Corkish, is in trust
thereupon sworn well and truly to administer the same, to pay all the Intestate's
just Debts so far forth as the Goods will extend and the Law bind; and return
inthe the Episcopal Registry a full, true and perfect Inventory thereof, and
an accurate Account of all Transactions, touching the same when thereunto lawfully
required.
And to these ends he hath given Pledges in form of Law
namely John Cottier & robert Quine both
of Marown
Decretum est.

Konw all men by the presents, that We John Cottier
and Robert Quine of Marown
are held and firmly bound
to William Lord Bishop of Sodor and mann, and his Successors
in the Sum of Twenty pounds
British; to the Payment whereof well and truly to be made, we bind
Ourselves, our Heirs, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns, jointly and
severally, by the presents, to the said Lord Bishop and his Successors.
Witness our Subscriptions, this 29th
day of April 1834

Whereas the Ecclesiastical Court of this Island hath this day
granted William Corkish of Marown aforesd
adminstrator of the estate and effects of Margaret
Corkish deceased, to William Corkish
Now the Condition of the above Obligation is such, that if the said
William Corkish
shall well and truly administer the Estate and Effects of the said Margaret
Corkish deceased; and shall
in all Things relating thereto conform to the Laws of this Isle, the Orders
of the Ecclesiastical Corts thereof and the Oath he
hath this day taken, then the foregoing Obiligation to be void, otherway
to be and remain in full force and virtue in Law.
