The humble petition of
Joseph Skillicorn of the town
of Ramsey and Catherine his
Wife
Sheweth
That some short time ago Ellr Clague widow of Thos Clague and Mother
of your petitioner Catherine departed this life but prvious thereto made
and published her last will and testament and thereof appointed your
petitiioner Catherine sole executrix and residuary legatee as by the waid
will may more fully appear.
That your petitioners are desirous to have the will of the said Elleanor
Clague proved and probate thereof and that Petitioner be swron executor in
form of law.
Wherefore your petitioners pray a hearing hereof and for probate of the
will of the decd Elleanor Clague and that Petitioner be sworn executor
thereof in form of Law and petitioners will pray

Ordered that this patition do come forth to be heard at a court to be
holden at Ramsey on Friday the 23rd Instant
Whereof all proper parties are to have due notice
