        I Ann Kinrade widow of William Kinrade
of the parish of Lezayre calling to mind the uncertainty
of human life do proceed to make and publish
this may last Will & Testament in manner following
being of sound mind & memory at the making
hereof.
First I commend my soul to God and my body
     to decent christian burial.
Secondly I leave to William my eldest son my moiety of the
     lands purchased by my late husband and myself
     to be possessed by him at the end of seven years
     from the 12th of Nov after my decease, save
     and except a small field called the "Magher
     Rhenney" which I leave to my son Robert, and 
     in case my son William refuses to let my
     son Robert afsd have the other moiety of sd
    "Magher Rhenney" then and in that case I leave
     my moiety of the of the bottom of the field above sd
     Magher Rhenney under the road or path way
     to my son Robert but this is in case my son
     William does not consent to let my son Robert

     have the whole of the Magher Rhenny and
Thirdly I also leave my moiety of the lands afsd to my
     son William subject to the following main=
    =tenance and condition that is to say that
     he will pay to my daughter Catharine
     twenty pounds british, and to my daughter
     Elizabeth five pounds british sd payments
     to be made to my sd daughters at the end
     of seven years from my decease when
     William possesses my share of the lands.
Fouthly I leave my moiety of the lands afsd with
     all rights and advantages to the same
     belonging and the ..... & profits threof to
     my children Robert and Catharine afsd
     equally between them for the term of seven
     years from the 12th of Nov next after my 
     decease and it is my will that should Robert
     be disposed to part with this "Magher Rhenny"
     that my son William is to have an offer of the
     same at a fair price and if they cannot agree

     to fix a price thereon that such price be left
     andsubmitted to the opionion of two judicious
     men.
Fifthly I leave my best plow harrows and
     husbandry gears to my son William under
     the condition that he allow Robert & Catharine
     to have an equal use of the same with him
     self whilst they continue on the premises &
     occupty the moiety of the lands as afsd
     and I leave the one half of my mare to
     William and the other half to Robert &
     Catherine.
Sixthly I leave to my son William the large chest
     in the kitchen and also the bed & bedding on which
     Robert now sleeps
     I leave to Robert the large cupboard or
     press in the parlour also the bed & bedding
     on which I sleep myself.
Seventhly I leave four of my sheep to William and one to
     his son William. Four sheep to my daughter
     Elizabeth and the remainder to my son Robert and
     any of my sheep that Robt has marked for him=
    =self previous to my decease but he is to have for

     himselft and I also leave my heiffer to my
     son Robert.
Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint
     my daughter Catharine Executrix of
     this may Will, to whom I also leave all
     the rest residue and remainder of
     my goods chattells and effects of what
     kind or nature soever. Wittness
     whereof I hereunto subscribe my name
     this 27th day of November 1834

to pay all legacies so far forth
as the goods shall extend &
the Law of the land bind her
& to do all other things in
the office of Executrix
according to law. And to
these ends hathgivne

                The humble Petition of
                Catharine Kinrade of the
                parish of Lezayre
Sheweth
          That Ann Kinrade of the afsd
   parish who was mother of you petitioner
   lately departed this life having made
   and published her Will in writing whre
   of she appointed your Petitr Executrix
     That such is the nature of the Decedts
   property & effects disposed of by her sd will
   that it requires immediate care and 
   management
                 And you Petitioner
                 prays that your
                 Reverence will
                 be pleased to appoint
                 an early day for the
                 hearing hereof in
                 order that the sd Will
                 may be established &
                 that your Petitr may
                 be sworn to execute
                 the same according
                 to law

Ordered that this Petition do come on
to be hear at a Special Court to be holden
at Lezayre on Saturday next
at eight o'clock in the forenoon
whereof all proper parties are to have
