In the name of God Amen.
I Matthias Fargher of the parish of KK Michael being weake in body but of
sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament in
manner as follows:
1st I commit my soul to God and my body to Christian burial.
2ndly I leave and bequeath to Jane Boyde four ewe sheep as legacy.
3rdly I leave and bequeath to William Boyde Junior and Phillip Boyde his
brother all the rest and remainder of my sheep to be enjoyed equally between
them as legacy.
4thly I leave and bequeath to Ann Boyde Junior and Elizabeth Boyde her
sister the sum of one pound British each as legacy.
5thly I leave and bequeath to Margret Craggs als Faragher my brother
Thomas's' daughter the sum of thirty shilling British as legacy.
6thly I leave and bequeath to Elizabeth Blackburn als Fargher's children
the sum of thirty shillings British to be divided equally among them as
legacy.
7thly I leave and bequeath to Matty Callister als Faragher the sum of
thirty shillings British as a legacy.
8thly I leave and bequeath to the poor of the parish of KK Michael the
sum of one pound British to be divided among them at the Wardens discretion
as legacy.
9thly I leave and bequeath to John Corlett in trust for the use of the
Bargarroo Preaching House the sum of one pound British as legacy. Lastly
I leave and bequeath to William Boyde Senior all the rest and residue of
my personal property whither moveable or immovable what ever
Provided that my wife Jane Fargher is to have her life time of the said
property and to received the rents interest and income of the same property
and the use of them during her life time which property at her death is to
be enjoyed by the said William Boyde and not till then.
I, at the same time, nominate order and appoint the said William Boyde
sole executor of this my last will.
Leaving five shillings to any person or persons that will claim.

At a Chapter Court holden in the town of Peel on the first day of June 1836
William Boyde sworn executor with pledges being the witness of
the will.
We Margaret Craige wife of John Craige, Martha Collister wife of
William Collister and Martha Blackburn do hereby acknowledge to be
fully paid and satisfied by Wm Boyde the executor of the several sums of one
pound ten shillings British each being legacies bequeathed to us by
the will of Matthias Fargher decease. And we do hereby exonerate and
discharge the said William Boyde and all other persons from any further
claim or demand on account of said legacy and request that the said will so
far as regards the said legacies may be cancelled.

I Jane Boyde of the parish of German do hereby acknowledge to have rec'd
from Wm Boyde the executors of the last will and testament of Matthias
Fargher deceased four sheep as sheep and I do hereby release and acquit the
said Wm Boyde his heirs executors and assigns of the same forever. As
witness my subscription this 8th November 1841 Jane Boyde Acknowledged
