	In the name of God amen I Ann Radcliffe of the parish of Andreas being at present in 
	sound mind and memory but weak in body and seeing the uncertainly of this 
	world, I make this to be my last will and testament.

First: I leave my soul unto God and my body unto Christian Burial.

Secondly: I leave and bequeath unto Henry Lace one small pot.

Thirdly: I leave William Sayle of the Larivane to be executor for trust of the remainder of my 
goods of what ever kind or denomination what ever to sell and dispose of the same and to give 
the proceeds of the sale to the use of the Wesleyan Missionary.

William Sayle the executor named in the foregoing will is sworn in form of law well and truly to 
fulfill the same and to return an inventory of the decedent’s estate and effects unto the 
Archdeacons Registry where there to required: and the said William Sayle hath given pledges 
for the payment of debts and legacies namely John Cannell and Thomas Hampton for the sum 
of five pounds British.

May 24th 1836 Thomas Kissack enters a claim against the estate of Ann Radcliffe deceased   
for the sum of 3.6.8. British and craves the law.

An inventory was included.

We whose names _______ being a gang of four men sworn by William Radcliffe, sumner 
of Andreas to appraise the goods and effects of Ann Radcliffe of the parish of Andreas deceased 
and having appraised the above articles this day and ____ we give as our appraisement
 In the premises we found the above articles this the 25th day of May 1836

Aug 6th 1836 returned by William Sayle the executor in trust of the last will and testament 
of Ann Radcliffe deceased.

Account Sale of the goods and effects of Ann Radcliffe of the parish of Andreas deceased sold 
by public auction at Larivane in the parish on Mon day the 9th of May 1836 pursuant to public 
notice given at the parish Church by order of the exec in trust.
Account of sale included.
