In name of God Amen I Ann Quayle otherwise Crellin of Ballalheih in the
parish  of KK Michael being weak and infirm in body but of sound and
disposing mind and memory in making this my last will and testament in
manner and form following:
I commit my soul to God and my body to Christian burial.
I leave and bequeath to my son in law John Quayle two shillings and six
pence British and to his son John Quayle ten shillings British as legacy. I
leave and bequeath to my daughter Ann two shillings and six pence
British with a gown and petticoat of my own making as legacy.
I leave and bequeath to my daughter Isabella two shillings and six pence
British with a gown and petticoat.
LASTLY I constitute nominate ordain and appoint my daughter Jane sole
executrix of all the rest of my goods, credits, chattels, and effects of
what kind or nature so ever cutting off and debarring all claimers with
one shilling legacy.  To the witnesses of this my last will and testament
two shillings British each as legacy. Witness my subscription this the
22nd day of August 1835 - Ann Quayle my X
Witnesses present:  John Quiggin and John Caine.

At Chapter Court holden at KK Michael on the 10th day of June 1837 Charles
Christian husband of Jane Christian als Quayle the executrix in
the foregoing will named is sworn executrix in court in form of law well
truly to execute the last will and testament of Anne Quayle deceased to pay
all her just debts and legacies so far as the goods and effects of the
decedent will extend and the law bind him and to do all other acts and
deed pertaining to the office of executor according to law and to these ends
he has given pledges namely John Caine and John Quiggin the witnesses of the
will.  Probatum est  Dan Nelson.
John Mylrea husband of Isabella a legatee named in the before going will
appeared at the registry this fifth day of January 1837 and
acknowledges to have received and been paid the sum of twenty pounds British
the amount of two legacies of ten pounds British bequeathed in
and by this will and he herein exonerates discharges and acquits the said
executors her administrators and assigns of the same and every part thereof
as witness his signature or mark this before me - Joseph Brown

John Quayle senior, John Quayle junior and James Kaighin husband of
Ellinor Quayle appeared at the Registry this twenty fourth day of January
one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven and acknowledged to have
received and been fully paid the sum of twenty pounds British the
amount of two legacies of ten pounds British bequeathed in and by this
will to Margaret the daughter of decedent and the husband, son and
son-in-law of the said Margaret deceased do hereby jointly and severally
exonerate discharged and acquit the executors her executors and
administrators and assigns of the same and of every part thereof. JOHN
