In the name of God Amen.
We William Quayle of Ballallen in the parish of Maughold and Anne Quayle
otherwise Corteen my wife being both advanced in years and taking into
consideration the uncertainty of this mortal life do make this our joint
last will and testament in manner following:
We commend our souls unto Almighty God and our bodies unto decent Christian
burial.
Item We leave and bequeath unto our sons William and Thomas  and our
daughter Isabella the sum of twenty pounds British each as legacy to be paid
to them upon the death of the survivor of us the said Wm Quayle and Ann
Quayle.
Item We leave and bequeath unto our son John the sum of five shillings
British as legacy.
Lastly We and each of us leave devise and bequeath unto the survivor of us
the said William Quayle and Ann Quayle all the rest residue and remainder of
our and each of our goods, chattels, rights, credits, and personal property
of every description unto the survivor of us the said William Quayle and Ann
Quayle.
It is also our will and desire that in case of the death of either of our
said children William Quayle, Thomas Quayle or Isabella Callow without
leaving issue him or her surviving that the said legacy of twenty pounds
British of him or her so dying without having received the said legacy
and without issue shall be equally divided between the survivors of them the
said William Quayle, Thomas Quayle and Isabella Callow share and
share alike.
Lastly we nominate constitute and appoint the survivor of us the said
William Quayle and Ann Quayle executor or executrix of this our will
hereby revoking all former wills by us at any time heretofore made and
declaring this to be our last will and testament.
In witness whereof we have hereunto subscribed our names this tenth
day of November one thousand eight hundred and thirty five.

Anne Quayle having departed this life William Quayle her husband
the survivor is sworn executor in court with pledges being
James Callow and Robt Kerruish.

13 Nov 1837 
Thomas Quayle, Baker, of Ramsey received from his father William
Quayle 20 pounds British.
