In the name of God Amen.
I Christopher Gick senior of the parish of St Ann at present weak in body
but of disposing mind and memory at the making hereof do publish this
my last will and testament in the manner following, that is to say,
First I commit my soul to God and my body to a Christian burial at the
execution herein after mentioned.
Secondly I leave and bequeath unto my son Robert Gick the sum of two
shillings and six pence British.
Thirdly I leave and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Garrett alias
Gick the sum of two shillings and six pence British.
Fourthly I leave and bequeath unto my daughter Isabella Preston alias
Gick the sum of one pound British.
Fifthly I leave and bequeath unto my daughter Esther Mullon alias Gick
the sum of one pound British together with my right and interest of a
feather bed and bedden.
Sixthly I leave and bequeath unto my granddaughter Elizabeth Clague the sum
of ten shillings British.
Seventhly I leave and bequeath unto my son William Gick all my right and
interest of that fields hereafter mentioned called Chrot Simon and the Naigh
veg and Cronke nalin and the money with the dwelling house and
out offices belonging to the said land.  I nominate constitute and appoint
the said William Gick my son executor of this my last will and
testament as witness my subscription this the 1st day of August 1838.
