Rushen
The humble petition of Margaret Bowman of the parish of Rushen. Sheweth:
That Archibald Clugstone Junior of the said parish lately departed this life
intestate.
That it is necessary that administration of his effects should be granted
for the benefit of all parties concerned.
Wherefore your petitioner prays a hearing of this petitioner and that
your Reverence will be pleased to appoint some proper person administrator
of the estate of the said Archibald Clugstone or to here as to your
Reverence may seem meet and your pet will pray.

At a court holden at Castletown the 27th day of Nov 1839. Thomas Sayle
Sumner of Rushen is sworn administrator in trust of the estate of Archibald
Clugstone junior deceased to pay all his just debts and funeral expences as
far forth as the goods extend and the law binds him and to return a true and
perfect inventory of the said deceased estate and effects to the Episcopal
Registry of this Diocese when thereto lawfully required.
