Whereas that Thomas Hogg of the Parish
of Lonan late deceased who departed this
life abt March 10th 1840 having died intestate.
Therefore Thomas Hogg, John Hogg, William
Hogg, Edward Hogg and Eleanor Hogg children
of the late deceased having come to an
amicable agreement between themselves
to take an inventory of the goods and effects
of the late Thomas Hogg their father
in manner following –

Elenor Hogg widow of the deceased.

Elr Hogg four of the subscribing partners
to the foregoing inventory and agreement
acknowledge the same to be their
act and deed and Jas Cowin one of
the subscribing witnesses thereto made
oath that Wm Hogg the other executing
party duly signed and executed the
same in his presence and in the presence
of Jas Skillicorn the other witness.
The same is therefore ordained to be [recorded] in
the Epl Registry for the [uesufal] of
all parties concerned
