KK Michael the 15 of February 1841.
The last will and testament of John Caine of Orrisdale being of sound
mind and memory but wake in health and strength as follows:
First lave and bequeath my soul to God and body to a Christian burial.
Secondly I lave to my son John Caine my watch as legacy.
Thirdly I lave and bequeath to my son William Caine the sum of five
shillings.
Fourthly I lave to my daughter Jane Caine the sum of five shillings.
Fifthly I lave to my daughter Ellenor Caine the sum of five shillings.
Sixthly I lave to my son Thomas Caine the sum of five shillings
Seventhly I lave and bequeath my purchased meadow being intack land to my
loveing wife Mary Caine also Boyd to bee her own right for ever.
Eighty I lave to any person that may claim in this my last will and
testament the sum of six pence.
Ninthly and lastly I appoint and order my loveing wife sole and whole
executor of this my lass will and testament of all things moveable and
immoveable of whatsoever kind. John Caine my X

Mary Cain the executor named within will is sworn in court in form of
law well and truly to execute the last will and testament of John Caine
and hath given pledges for the payment of debts and legacies namely Patrick
Cannell of Kionedroghad and John Cannell of Orrisdale in the
parish of Michael Probatum est Dan Nelson Ar. offl
