The humble petition of Mary Harrison of the parish of Andreas widow. Sheweth
that your petitioneršs husband Wm Harrison lately departed this life
intestate leaving him surviving two infant children Jane Harrison
and William Harrison entitled to administration of his estate.
That it is necessary to have some person appointed to administer the estate
of the deceased William Harrison.
Wherefore your petitioner prays a hearing of this petition and that your
Worship may be pleased to grant administration of the estate of the said
William Harrison to your petitioner and she will pray.
Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard at a court to be holden at
Ramsey on Friday the 11th March next where of all proper parties to have due
notice.

At an Eccl Court held in Ramsey the 11th March 1842 
Upon hearing this
petition it appears Wm Harrison of Andreas some time ago departed this life
intestate leaving the petitioner, his widow, and two infant children namely
Jane and Wm Harrison who are therefore decreed sole administrators of all
and singular the goods right credits chattels and effects of the deceased
and the petitioner is sworn in trust well and
truly to administer the same according to law to pay all just debts and
funeral expenses of the deceased so far forth as his goods will extend
and the law bind her to return to the Episcopal Registry a full true and
perfect inventory of the said estate with an accurate account of her acts
and proceedings in the premises when there unto lawfully required and
to these end she has given pledges namely John Fargher and Charles Lace of
Andreas who have entered into a bond in presence of the court.
