In the name of God amen
I Daniel Kinnish of Mylenargher in the parish of Malew being weak in body
but of sound disposing mind memory and understanding at the making hereof -
to avoid disputes after my decease do make publish and declare this my last
will and testament in manner following, that is to say:
I commend my soul to God and my body to a Christian burial at the discretion
of my executrix herein after mentioned.
I leave devise and bequeath unto my son Thomas Kinnish five pounds.
I leave devise and bequeath unto my son William Kinnish the sum of ten
pounds.
I leave devise and bequeath unto my son Christopher the sum of twenty
pounds.
I leave devise and bequeath unto my son  John all and singular that my
part or  moiety of those houses lands and premises situate in the said
parish of Malew known by the name of Michael's Croft late in the possession
of Jane Kneale.  He my said son his heirs and assigns yielding and paying
unto my daughter Jane for and during the term of her natural life as a life
annuity out of the said premises the sum of two pounds her annum to be paid
at Christmas in each and every year.
I leave and bequeath unto my son Robert the sum of twenty pounds
I leave  bequeath and devise unto each of my three daughters Elizabeth wife
of William Fargher, Isabella wife of Thomas Moore and Ann wife of Philip
Kelly the sum of ten pounds.
I leave and bequeath and devise unto my daughter Jane the sum of twenty
pounds.
I nominate constitute and appoint my said daughter Jane Kinnish whole
and sole executrix of this my last will and testament and residuary
legatee of all the rest of my goods chattels and effects of what kind or
nature soever they be.
And it is hereby provided and it is the meaning and intent of me the said
Daniel Kinnish that there is none of the said legacies to be paid until one
year and a day after the death and decease of the said Daniel Kinnish or the
probate of this will. And I the said Daniel Kinnish do hereby make
null and void all other wills by me at anytime heretofore made and I do
declare this only to be my last will and testament.  As witness my name
or mark this the 15th day of June 1842.

Signed published and declared by the testator as and for his last will and
testament in our presence at his request, and in his presence and in the
presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereunto: John
Karran
Thomas Quinney

8 Jul 1842 John Kinnish and Thomas Kinnish sworn administrators in
trust with the will annexed to pay all just debts and legacies of the said
Daniel Kinnish deceased and hath given pledges namely John Karran and Thomas
Quinney   Probatum est Decretum est
F. B. Hartwell.

Jane Kinnish inconvenient for her to take upon herself the administration of
the wills of Daniel Kinnish  authorized John Kinnish and Thomas
Kinnish both of parish of Santan to obtain Letters of Administration on 8
July 1842.
