34 German In the name of God Amen. I Philip Crellin in the parish of KK German be at present sound and perfect mind thanks be unto God and calling to mind the uncertainty of human affairs do hereby publish and declare this to be my last will and testament in manner form following: First I commit my soul unto Almighty God and my body unto Christian burial. Item: I leave and bequeath unto my son James the sum of twenty pounds currency to be paid when he comes to age of twenty one and likewise I leave unto him the legacy which was left by my mother to me which is yet in my father's possession to send him to trade. Item: I leave and bequeath unto my daughter Ann the sum of twenty pounds currency to be paid when she comes to age of twenty one. Item: I leave and bequeath unto my unborn child which is expected the sum of twenty pounds currency to be paid at the age of twenty one. Lastly I nominate and constitute and appoint my loving wife whole and sole executrix of all the rest of my goods, cash, affects, of what denomination soever, the be and likewise the interest of the above legacy until children come to the years of twenty one and lastly I conclude and debar all persons from claiming any further in my will with one shilling each as witness my subscription this the twelveth day of November 1842.
