In the name of God Amen.
I Robert Quinney of Ballastrang in the parish of Malew being at present weak
in body but of sound disposing mind memory and understanding do make and
declare this my last will and testament in manner following
that is to say.
I commit my soul to God and my body to a Christian burial at the
discretion of my executrix hereinafter named.
I give and bequeath unto my daughter Margaret wife of Cæsar Crellin the sum
of five pounds sterling.
I give and bequeath unto my son John the sum of sixty pounds sterling.
I nominate constitute and appoint my wife Margaret Quinney whole and
sole executrix of this my last will and testament and residuary legatee
of all the rest of my goods chattels and effects of what kind or nature so
ever they be and do hereby revoke and make null and void all other
wills by me heretofore made and do declare this only to be my last will
and testament.
As witness my name this the 6th day of February 1843.

At a Chapter Court held in Castletown 13th June 1843
The executrix is sworn in court in form of law and hath given pledge for the
payment of debts and legacies namely John Carran of Ballahowin in
the parish of Santan and Thomas Quinney of Ballalewney in the parish of
Malew. Probatum Est T. A. Corlett.
