This is affirmed to be the Last will and testament
of John Killey of the parish of KK Patrick who is of
sound mind memory and understanding at the
making here of.
I commend my soul to Almighty God and my
Body to a Decent Christian Burial.
Item 1st I leave and Bequeath unto my Son John
Killey the sum of Eight pounds.
Item 2nd I Leave and Bequeath unto my son James
Killey the Sum of Two pounds
Item 3rd I Leave and Bequeath unto my son
Charles Killey the Sum of two? Shillings
Item 4th I leave and bequeath to my son
Ceaser Killey the Sum of two shillings and
Six pence
Item 5th I leave and Bequeath unto my Son
William Killey the sum of Five Shillings and
Six pence
Item 6th I Leave and bequeath unto my daughter
Margaret Black alias Killey the sum of Two Shillings and
Sixpence
Item 7th I leave and bequeath unto my daughter
Elinor Turney? alias Killey the sum of Two Shillings
and Sixpence
Item 8th I leave and Bequeath unto my Daughter
Catherine Killey the Sum of Two Shillings and Sixpence
I order that Thomas Cubbon my Brother in Law
to pay unto John Caine Six pounds which his grand
Father Hugh Cubbon Left him in his will and of
the money the said John Cain owes me
Present when the Said John Caine comes to age.
Item 9th I leave and bequeath unto Eliza Quayle
My wife’s Daughter the second Best Bed cloathes
and bolster and pillows and st.... and second best set
of [curtains]
and Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint
my son Joseph Killey whole and sole executor of
All the rest of my Goods and Effects moveable and
Immoveable of what Kind or Denominations soever
with all my Bonds and notes and Bills as may be the case
all others that claime on my will with a Legacy
According to Law or witnessing my name as such
to my name this 21st Day of July 1842
