To the Reverend Francis B Hartwell ---- of
the Vicar General within the Diocese of Sodor
and Man & etc. &etc. &etc.
The humble petition of John Killey
and William Killey of the Town of Peel
Sheweth
That your Petitioners Mother Isabella Killey
----- -------- in the month of September in
1830 departed this life leaving her
Husband John Killey and your petitioners and Margaret wife of
Edward Black, James Killey, Caesar Killey & David
Killey her Children her surviving and to whose Estate
Administration had been granted but the said John
Killey her said Husband took possession thereof and
never associated with your Petitioners or the other Children
for their proportionate share of their Mothers Estate.
That the said John Killey has since departed
this life and Thomas Cubbon of the Town of Peel
has been duly sworn Executor of the last Will
and Testament in form of of Law
That So is now is assuming that Administration
such of the Estate and effects of this said Isabella Killey
should be granted to some proper person for the benefit
of all parties considered?
Wherefore your Petitioners pray a
hearing of this Petition and that
your Reverence will be pleased to
grant Letters of Administration of the
Estate and Effects of the said Isabella
Killey deceased to some proper person
in usual form or otherwise as to your
Reverence may seem r----- And your
Pett will pray ----?

whereof all proper parties are to have due notice.
