		 The Will of
		James Moore
		      decd
In the Name of God Amen   I James 
Moore of the Parish of Lonan being weak 
in Body but of sound disposing mind 
memory and Judgement at the making hereof 
but being sensible of my mortality do hereby 
make this my last Will and Testament   First 
I commit my Soul to God Almighty and my 
Body to Christian Burial at the discretion of 
my Executor hereinafter mentioned and in respect 
of my worldly goods and effects I leave and 
bequeath in manner following viz 
Item I leave and bequeath unto my son John Moore 
the one half or moiety of the cart plow and the 
other farming implements as Legacy  
Itm I leave and bequeath unto my Daughter Isabal wife of 
John Quayle the sum of ten pounds as legacy 
Item I leave and bequeath unto Eleanor Quayle a daughter 
of John Quayle the sum of Ten pounds as legacy 
Item I leave and bequeath unto my Daughter Margaret 
wife of Daniel Bridson the sum of five pounds as legacy
Item I leave and bequeath unto my Daughter Margaret’s 
children namely James and Ann Catherine and Margaret 
the sum of four pounds each as legacy the whole 
of the said legacies to be paid at the decease of

Item I leave and bequeath unto every person or persons 
having or pretending to have a right to claim in 
this my will the sum of six pence.
Lastly I nominate, appoint and ordain my loving 
wife Isabala my whole and sole Executrix of all the 
rest and residue of my Goods Chattels and 
Effects whether moveable or immoveable real or 
personal of whatever kind or nature soever 
revoking all former wills by me made I do 
publish and declare this to be my last Will 
and Testament in presence of witnesses this 
25th Day of November 1843
