At an Eccl Court held in Ramsey the 10th Jan 1845. Upon hearing this
petition in presence of the parties it appears John Caley of Lezayre
lately departed this life intestate and without issue, the petitioners
Arthur Caley along with his brother Thomas Caley and sister Elizabeth Quayle
and Wm Caley and Margaret his wife and the children of Isabella Killip wife
of Thomas Killip namely Isabella Killip, John Killip, George
Killip, Maria Killip, Wm Killip and James Killip are creed sole
administrators of all and singular the goods right credits chattels and
effects of the said deceased and the said Thomas Killip and Chs Wattleworth
of Ramsey are sworn in trust well and truly to administer
the said estate for the benefit of the said next of kin, to pay all just
debts and funeral expenses of the deceased and to return to the Episcopal
Registry of this Diocese a full true and perfect inventory of the said
estate with an accurate account of all their acts and proceedings in the
premises when their unto lawfully required and to these ends they have given
pledges namely the said Arthur Caley and Thomas Caley who have entered into
a bond in due form of law in presence of the court.
