At a Chapter Court, holden at Ramsey 21st October 1845 Ann Killip and John
Killip of the Parish of Kirk Lonan having departed this life on or about
the twenty second of December & fourth of February last past Intestate; and
this Court having received intelligence thereof hath (for the preservation
of the rights of all persons concerned) Decreed their children William
Killip, John Killip, James Killip, Eleanor wife of Paul Creer, Margaret
wife of Philip Corlett, Anne Killip and Jane Killip coadministrators of all
and singular the Goods, Rights, Credits, Chattels, and Effects, moveable
and immoveable of the said Deceadent. And in trust they the said admintrs
having by a paper writing dated 21st instant & hereunder annexed consent
that William be and he is thereupon sworn, well and truly to Administer the
same, to pay all the Intestates' just Debts, so far forth as the Goods will
extend and the Law bind; and return into the Episcopal Registry a full,
true, and perfect Inventory thereof, and an accurate Account of all
Transactions, touching the same when thereunto lawfully required and to
these ends the said William Killip hath given Pledges in form of Law,
namely John Killip of Balldrine and James Cogeen of Ballig both in the
Parish of Lonan.
