This is the last will and testament of me Thomas Joshua Graves of
Albany Road in the town of Peel
I revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me
and I appoint my sister Elizabeth Jane Graves executrix hereof.
I devise and bequeath all the real and personal estate whatsoever and
wheresoever of or to which I shall at my death be seised possessed or
entitled or over which I shall have any power of appointment or
disposition by will unto my said sister Elizabeth Jane Graves and her
heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely.

hereunto subscribed this nineteenth day of July one thousand nine hundred
and twelve.

In the matter of the estate of Thomas Joshua Graves late of Albany Road in
the town of Peel Gentleman deceased probate whereof was granted on the 27th
January 1913.
Notice is hereby given that the above named Thomas Joshua Graves and others
entered an agreement with Elizabeth Jane Graves and others and that such
agreement bears date the second day of June 1902 and is filed in the
Registry of Deeds along with the Will of Henry Graves deceased probate
whereof was granted on the 22nd day of April 1864.
27 Jan 1913 Elizabeth Jane Graves sister was sworn executrix
In the Goods of Thomas Joshua Graves deceased.
We the undersigned next of kin of Thomas Joshua Graves late of Min y don
Albany Road in the town of Peel Gentleman deceased who died on or
about the 3rd day of December 1912 leaving a will in writing dated the 20th
day of July 1912 whereof he appointed Elizabeth Jane Graves of Albert
Terrace in the borough of Douglas spinster executorix hereby authorise
Llewelly Kneal advocate or any advocate authorised by him to appear for us
at any court to be held after this date and consent to probate of the said
will being granted to the said executrix.
