In the name of God Amen.
I Anne Cubbon, of the town of Ramsey being of sound mind memory and
understanding but calling to mind the uncertainty of this mortal life do
make this my last will and testament in manner following:
First I commit my soul to God and my body to Christian burial.
Secondly I leave and bequeath to my two sisters Elizabeth and Maria equally
between them all the property real and personal I may be possessed of or in
any way entitled to at the time of my decease.
And lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my said sisters  Elizabeth and
Maria joint executrixes and residuary legatees of this my last will and
testament in testimony whereof I hereunto subscribed my name this 6th Jan
1830.             Anne Cubbon.

The witnesses to my above will being dead I hereby confirm and republish the
same at Ramsey this 15th August 1838.     Anne Cubbon.

Maria Cubbon sworn executrixes with pledges Rev B. Harrison and Wm Cubbon.
