At a Chapter Court holden at Ramsey 28th May 1847.
William Kneale of the parish of Kirk Andreas having departed this life on
or about the tenth day of May last past intestate; and this court having
received intelligence thereof, hath (for the preservation of the rights of
all persons concerned) Decreed William Kneale, Ann wife of Patrick
Kneale, Thomas Kneale, Robert Kneale and George Kneale deceadent's children
and Charles Kneale, Isabella Kneale, Thomas Kneale and
Catharine Kneale and John Kneale children of Charles Kneale deceased
who was son of the deceadent co- administrator and William Radcliffe Sumner
of Andreas is appointed administrator in trust of all and singular the
goods, rights, credits, chattels, and effects moveable and
immoveable whatever of the said deceadent.  And he the said William
Radcliffe is in trust for the said co administrators there upon sworn,
well and truly to administer the same, to pay all the intestate's just
debts, so far forth as the goods will extend and the law bind; and return
into the Episcopal Registry a full, true, and perfect inventory thereof,
and an accurate account of all transactions, touching the same when
