The humble petition of Jane Maria Nelson of the parish of Andreas.
Sheweth:  That Esther Nelson your petitioneršs sister departed this life
having first made and published her last will and testament in writing
whereof she appointed your petitioner executrix.
That your petitioner is desirous that the said will may be proved and
that administration with the same annexed may be granted for the
behoof of petitioner
Wherefore petitioner pray a hearing and that the said last will may be
received and proved and that Robert Nelson petitioner's brother or some
other fit and proper person may be sworn administrator with the said
will annexed and petitioner will pray.

where of all parties to have notice

We the undersigned being the brothers and sisters and only nearest of kin of
Esther Nelson late of Bride deceased do hereby consent and agree to
administration with the last will of the said Esther being granted to
Robert Nelson of Andreas and that the said will may be admitted to probate
accordingly the same being dated the 3rd day of February 1843. Witness our
names this 13th day of April 1848.

In the name of God Amen.
I Esther Nelson being of sound mind but very infirm and uncertain health
do hereby make my last will and testament.
First I bequeath my soul to God and my body to Christian burial.
2ndly I give and bequeath to my sister Jane Maria Nelson all money or monies
and all property of any kind whatsoever of which I may become possessed at
which may by right fall to me.
I also give and bequeath to the said Jane Maria Nelson all my personal
effects including my trunks with their contents of every description. Esther
