Stanley Colquitt, 1849

I Stanley Colquitt of Castletown do make this my last will and
testament in manner following
I leave and bequeath unto my niece Elizabeth Creer wife of Edward Creer
of the town or Ramsey the whole of my dwelling house wherein I now
live and I also leave unto my said niece Elizabeth Creer the sum of ninety
pounds sterling which said dwelling house and legacy of ninety pounds is
not to be possessed or paid unto my said niece Elizabeth Creer until
after the death of my executrix as hereinafter named.
I leave and bequeath unto my sister Cecilia Tyson wife of James Tyson
of Ballasalla the sum of five pounds which said legacy of five pounds is
not to  be paid unto my said sister until after the death of my executrix.
I leave and bequeath unto my brother Edward Colquitt the sum of six
pence and also I leave unto each of my sisters and all other claimants
the sum of six pence each as legacy which said legacy is not to be paid
until after the death of my executrix.
Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my loving and affectionate wife
whole and sole executrix of all the rest and residue of all my worldly
goods and effects both moveable and immovable of what kind or nature soever.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this the Twenty
Seventh day of April one thousand eight hundred and forty
nine.

I Elizabeth Colquitt wife of the said Stanley Colquitt and executrix to
the aforesaid will do hereby ratify the same by hereunto subscribing my name
the day and year first before written Elizabeth Colquitt my x mark Witessed
