In the name of God Amen.
I John Kerrin of the parish of Michael (mason) being of a sound disposing
mind memory and understanding do make declare and publish this my last will
and testament in the following manner and form viz:
First I commend my soul to God and my body to a Christian burial.
I leave and bequeath unto each of my children viz to Ann Kerrin, Elinor
Kerrin, and Christian Kerrin the sum of five shillings as legacy.
Lastly I nominate constitute ordain and appoint my wife Margaret Kerrin
whole and sole executrix of this my last will and testament and
residuary legatee of all and singular the rest and remainder of my goods
credits monies and effects and of my personal estate of all descriptions
whatsoever or wheresoever. In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed
or caused to be subscribed my name and mark this the 29th day of June 1848.
