In the name of God Amen.
I Emily Tenison of the town of Douglas spinster being weak in body but of
sound mind memory and understanding do make and publish this paper writing
as and for my last will and testament in manner following.
I leave and bequeath unto my brother William Barton Tenison the sum of one
hundred pounds.
I leave and bequeath unto the guardian of my brother George Byne Tenison
four hundred pounds in trust to apply a suffficient part thereof in
discharge of any deficiency there may be of my late father's personal estate
to pay my said father's debts my object being to release my said Mother's
share in the real property from being sold to pay off such deficiency and if
any balance of the said four hundred pounds should remain after payment of
such debts the same to be invested at interest for the benefit of the said
George Byne Tenison.
I leave to Isabella Corrin the sum of ten pounds.
I give devise and bequeath all the residue and remainder of my estate and
effects of every description unto my sister Elizabeth Harriet Tenison and
appoint her executrix of my will.  In witness whereof I have hereunto
subscribed my name this fifth day of February one thousand eight hundred
fifty.
