I Anne Cool als Kneale wife of James Cool of the town of Peel being of sound
disposing mind memory and understanding and calling to mind the uncertainty
of this mortal life do make this my last will and testament
in manner following:
First I commit my soul to God and my body to a Christian burial.
Item I leave devise and bequeath to my son James Cool one pound if he
will come to the island to seek it.
Item. I leave devise and bequeath to my son John Cool one pound if he
will come to the island to seek it.
Item I leave devise and bequeath to my daughter Catherine Cool one
pound legacy.
Item I leave devise and bequeath to my daughter Jane the wife of Charles
Caine one pound if she will come to the island to seek it.
Item I leave devise and bequeath to my daughter Ann Cool the sum of one
pound legacy.
Item I leave devise and bequeath to my daughter Hannah the wife of
William Cannell one pound.
Item I leave devise and bequeath to my daughter Mariah Cool the sum of one
pound legacy.
I leave devise and bequeath to my husband James Cool all and singular
my concerns of houses and lands yards and premises situate in the town of
Peel with all and singular their appurtenances of what kind or nature
soever.
Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my loving husband James Cool whole
and sole executor of all the rest residue and remainder of my
goods rights credits chattels and effects moveable and immoveable of what
kind or nature soever excluding and debarring all other person or person
that will claim any further right to my goods and effects at one shilling
legacy each as witness my subscription or mark to my name this the third day
