The humble petition of John Corlett and Robert Kneale administrators of the
estate of George Kneale deceased.
Sheweth: That the time allowed by law for entering and proving claims
against the said estate in the Eccl Courts has expired and your petrs
have administer the said estate by converting the whole of the personal
estate of the said Geo Kneale into cash but the same is greatly
insufficient to pay the claims proved against the said estate and it is
thereof necessary that a distribution should be made by the proper
officer of the assets in the hands of your petrs among the creditors of the
said estate that have entered in and proved their claims.
Wherefore your petrs pray a hearing hereof and upon proof of the matters
aforesaid your Worship may be pleased to order a distribution to be
made of the personal estate of the said deceadent among the creditors that
have entered and proved their claims and your petitioners will pray.
