At a Chapter Court, holden
at Peel Town on the 25th
day of Oct 1850.
Charles Radcliffe of the Parish of Kirk Patrick
having departed this life on or about the second
day of July last past Intestate; and this Court
having received intelligence thereof, hath for
the preservation of the rights of all persons
concerned Decreed his children namely Thomas
Radcliffe, Margaret wife of Patrick Caine and
Ann wife of Robert Cowley joint administrators
of all and singular the Goods Rights Credits
Chattels and Effects movable and immovable
whatever of the said Decedent and he the said
Thomas Radcliffe is in trust thereupon sworn
well and truly to administer the same, to pay
all the Intestate’s just Debts so far forth
as the Goods will extend and the Law bind;
and return into the Episcopal Registry a full,
true, and perfect inventory thereof, and an
accurate account of all transactions marking
the same when the[reupon] lawfully required.
And to these ends the said Thomas Radcliffe hath
given pledges in form of laaw namely Robert Cottier
and Robert Keown who have executed a bond to
that effect bearing equal date herewith.
