This is the last will and testament of me Danl Teare of Brause in the
parish of Andreas considering the uncertainty of this tranistory life do
make and ordain this my last will and testament in the following manner and
form.
I leave and bequeath unto my son John Tear one shilling as legacy.
I leave and bequeath unto my beloved wife Judith Teare if she survives
me all my personal estate goods chattels cash credit sand effects moveable
and immovable of what kind and denomination so ever.
I also nominate constitute appoint and ordain my said wife Judith Teare
whole and sole executrix and residuary legatee of this my last will and
testament but in case my said wife dies before me then and in that case
I leave and bequeath the whole of my personal estate goods chattels cash
credits and effects  moveable and immovable unto me belonging unto my eldest
son Daniel Teare whom I hereby nominate constitute appoint and ordain whole
and sole executor and residuary legatee of this my last will and testament
as witness my name this 27th day of March 1851
