Maughold 1853 No 9 The humble petition of Jane Sprainger of Ramsey spinster. Sheweth: That your petitioneršs mother Jane Sprainger departed this life some years ago intestate, leaving your petitioner only child, and Martin Sprainger of Ramsey her husband who is since married again her surviving. That it is necessary that administration of the estate and effects of the said intestate should be granted to petitioner or some other proper person. Wherefore petitioner prays a hearing and that your Worship may be pleased to grant Letters of Administration of the estate effects of your petitioners said mother to your petitioner and she will pray.
