In the name of God Amen.  I Thomas Caine of Rhen Cullin the parish of KK
Michael being of sound mind memory and understanding do make this my last
will and testament in form and manner following the 14th day of October
1853.
In the first and principal place I commit my soul to God and my body to
Christian burial.
I leave to all craving the sum of six pence each.
I leave to my three children viz Jane Caine, Mary Ann Caine, and Margaret
Caine all my shares of the purchased lands in the parish of Michael in
equal proportion to be at their disposal when they severally attain the
age of twenty four years.  But if my son and heir a law Thomas Caine
will pay to each of them the said children aforesaid the sum of twenty
five pounds each when they attain to the age of twenty four years. Then and
in that case, he is to possess and enjoy the whole of my share of the
aforesaid purchased land in the parish of Michael or the share of shares
of the said children when they will be paid the said twenty five pounds
each.  And if my son and heir at law will die before he will come to the
age of maturity then the share of the aforesaid lands or money belong to the
next child that will be the lawful heir is to be divided between the
other survivors and said purchased lands even tho he pays the said sums,
till he will attain the age of twenty  four years.
I leave to my son Thomas Caine my heir at law my share of the cattle, horse,
pigs, plough, harrows and all farming implements except the
sheep to possess the same at the age of twenty four years and not sooner and
in the mean time my executrix to have the loan use of them without
molestation.
Lastly I nominated and appoint my dearly beloved wife Jane Caine whole
and sole executrix of this my last will and testament and I leave to her
the residue of my goods effects moveable an immoveable together with cash,
credits, etc.   And this I confirm as my last will and testament the day and
year before written.
