In the name of God Amen.
The last will and testament of William Moore Reaby in the parish of
Patrick being of perfect sound mind memory and understanding but considering
the uncertainty of this natural life do make ordain publish
and declare this per writing as and for my last will and testament.
First I commit my soul to God and by body to a Christian burial.
I leave desire and bequeath unto my son Philip Moore all and singular my one
half or moiety of those houses lands and premises purchased by me the
aforesaid William Moore from John Killey deceased and his wife
situated in the parish of Patrick part of the quarterland of Reaby
bounded on  he north by the rent of Thomas Cubbin on the east and south by
the rent of Robert Moore and on the west to the part of David Harris
Davidson to have and to hold unto him the said Phillip Moore his heirs and
assigns from the heirs of me the said William Moore the houses lands
and premises aforesaid together with all ways waters water courses easements
liberties rights members and appertainances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining from the day of the death of my
wife Ellinor Moore for ever.
And I the aforesaid William Moore do bind my son Phillip Moore aforesaid
to pay or cause to be paid unto me by him just the sum of forty pounds
sterling for an on account of the premises that he is to possess and in
joy at the death of my wife Elinor Moore.
I leave and bequeath unto six children namely William Thomas, John, Edward,
Charles and Catharine the sum of ten shillings each as legacies.
I leave and bequeath unto my daughter Ellinor the wife of Edward Teare
the sum of ten pounds as legacy.
Lastly I nominate  constitute and appoint my said wife Ellinor Moore sole
executor of this my last will and testament hereby debarring all other
claiming hereunder with one shilling legacy and revoking all former
wills by me heretofore made.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto affixed my cross mark to my name. This
the twelfth day of October 1848.
