In the name of God Amen.
I declare this to be my last will and testament.
I leave and bequeath unto my beloved wife all that I am worth in the
world including my purchased lands and houses in the town of Douglas
and parish of Conchan.
I appoint her sole executrix and residuary legatee and guardian over my
children under age.  I execute this without a witness because being all in
my own handwriting it will be the easier proved.  As witness my subscription
this 29 July 1845.
