	In the name of God Amen  
I Robert Clague of Ballaquark in the Parish
of Lonan being through the blessing of God in a sound
state of mind and memory but calling to mind the
frail tenure of life and that it is appointed to all men
once to die do make and ordain this my last Will 
and Testament that is to say I first give bequeath 
and dispose of it in manner and proportions due
following
First I leave and bequeath to my oldest and beloved
son Robert Clague ten pounds to be paid at the expiration of
the lease I have and do hold of the lands of Ballaquark
Secondly I leave and bequeath to my son John Clague
ten pounds to be paid as aforesaid
Thirdly I leave and bequeath to my son James Clague ten 
pounds subject to the above conditions
Fourthly I leave and bequeath to my daughter Margaret
Wife of John Kermode and my daughter Catherine wife of
Robert Clague ten pounds each to be paid as above specified
And at expiration of the lease aforesaid
And I also leave unto my two sons Robert and James
a coult now grazing on the farm of Ballagawne   and 
I likewise leave and bequeath to my son James my
Moeity or share off all the sheep to me belonging
Finally I leave my beloved wife Catherine Clague
Whole and soul Executrix of all the rest of my property
Movable and immovable of whatsoever nature or 
Denomination soever. And I do hereby utterly disallow
Revoke and disannul all and every other former Tes-
taments wills legacies bequests and Executors by
Me in any way before named will and 
Bequeathed ratifying and confirming this and no
Other to be my last Will and Testament  In witness
Whereof I have hereunto set my name this the
Fourteenth Day of September One thousand, eight 
hundred and fifty five                                      1855
