Ballaugh 1856 No 16 The humble petition of Thomas Moore and Richard Teare administrators of the estate of John Teare deceased. Sheweth that Henry Taubman of Ballaugh departed this life some years since intestate and Mary Taubman was appointed administratrix to said Henry Taubman estate. That the said Mary Taubman has since departed this life without having fully administered the said estate and it is necessary that some fit and proper person should be appointed to administer the un-administered portion thereof. Wherefore your petitioner prays a hearing hereof and that your worship may be pleased to appoint some fit and proper person to administer the un-administered portion of the estate of the said decedent Henry Taubman and your petitioner will pray. James Kelly for petitioners At an Eccl Court held at Ramsey 28th March 1856 upon hearing this petition in presence of the parties or their advocates and it appearing that Henry Taubman sometime ago departed this life intestate leaving James Taubman, Robert Taubman, Cæsar Stephen in right of his wife Anne, Robert Teare in right of his wife Catherine, Edward Corlett in right of his wife Elizabeth, Thomas Allen in behalf of his children by Jane Allen alias Taubman his wife, Thomas Taubman, Robt Taubman, James Taubman, William Taubman and Jane Taubman minors John Taubman off the island, Jane Taubman administratrix, Mary Taubman off the island his only next kin for in they were decreed joint administrators of all and singular the goods rights credits chattels and effects of the deceased and it further appearing that Mary Taubman was sworn in trust to administer the same and that she has lately died without having fully administered the said estate John Dawson is sworn in trust well and truly to administer the said estate according to law and to pay all the just debts and funeral expences of the decease so far forth as the goods will extend and the law bind him and to return to the Episcopal Registry of this diocese a full true and perfect inventory of the said estate with an accurate account of his acts and proceedings in the premises when thereunto lawfully required and to these ends he has given pledges namely Richard Teare and Jon Quirk who have executed the usual bond in the presence of the court Decretum Est T.
