In the name of God Amen.
We James Clugston and Anne Clugston of the parish of KK Christ Rushen being
of sound mind memory and understanding at the making and execution hereof do
make and publish this paper writing as and for our joint last will and
testament in manner following that is to say, We
leave and bequeath unto the survivor of us the whole of our property and
effects whether real or personal and we nominate constitute and appoint the
survivor of us whole and sole executor or executrix as the case may be and
residuary legatee of this our will hereby revoking and making void
all wills by us or either of us at any time heretofore made.
In witness whereof we have hereunto subscribed our names this second day of
September One thousand eight hundred and fifty four.

Clugston sworn executrix with pledges being James Morcom and
