This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Charles Kay of
Ballacallin Dolby KK Patrick who being infirm and calling to mend the
uncertainty of human life and to avoid disputes after my death do make this
my last will and testament in manner and form following.
First I commit my soul to God and my body to a Christian burial.
Item:  I leave and bequeath to my daughters Eloner the sum of two
shillings and six pence.
Item I leave and bequeath to my son John the sum of five shillings
sterling.
Item I leave and bequeath to my daughter (Marianne) the sum of ten pounds
sterling.
Item I leave to my son Thomas the sum of ten pounds sterling.
Lastly I nominate and appoint my wife Mary Kay to be my whole and sole
executor of all the rest of my goods and effects of whatever name or
denomination soever they be all other persons or person with a legacy
according to law as witness my name this the 25th of April one thousand
eight hundred and  fifty seven.
