This is the last Will and Testament of Richard Shimmin
of the Parish of Marown. Being wake on body but in a state
of sound memory. First he committs his soul to God Almighty
who givith it and his body to Christian burial in the Church
Yard. Secondly I wish my goods and effects to be sold
to the best advantage and the mony to be put at Entrust
tell the two youngers sons be brought up to the age of Twenty
One years and to be paide for out of the mony
Thirdly I lave and bequeath to my daughter Eliza the best
feather bed and bedden
Fourthly I lave and bequeath the remainder of any mony
to be divided among all my children in eaquil shear
Namely John Thomas William James Elisa Mary Ann Richard
and Robert
