This is the last will and testament of me Margaret Bowman of the parish
of Rushen widow being of sound mind and memory at the making hereof.
I leave and bequeath unto my daughters Catharine wife of Alexander Gray and
Mary wife of William Gawn both of the said parish of the sum of five
shillings each.
I leave devise and bequeath unto my daughter Ann Clucas all the rest residue
and remainder of my goods, chattels, monies, and effects and
real and personal estate of every description.
And I nominate and appoint my said daughter Ann Clucas executrix of
this my will.
As witness my name this 7th day of January 1860.

At a Chapter Court held in Castletown the 25th day of May 1860.
Ann Clucas executrix renounced executorship in favor of Henry Kelly he
is therefore sworn in trust and has given pledges namely John Hodson
and Alexander Gray.
