The humble petition of Jane Maddrell of Port St Mary widow.
Sheweth:  That William Maddrell your petrs late husband lately departed this
life intestate leaving him surviving John Maddrell, Margaret
Maddrell, Isabella Maddrell, Jane Maddrell, William Maddrell who is off
the island and Elizabeth Maddrell, Paul Maddrell and Ann Maddrell who
are minors his children and your petr his only next of kin.
That it is necessary that an administrator of the estate and effects of the
said William Maddrell should be appointed.
Wherefore your petitioner prays a hearing hereof and that your Worship may
be pleased to appoint your petitioner or some other fit and proper person to
administration of the said William Maddrell and your petr will pray.   F. I.
