In the name of God Amen.
I Elinor Moore wife of William Moore deceased of Reaby in the parish of
Patrick being of perfect sound mind memory and understanding but considering
the uncertainty of this natural life do make ordain publish
and declare this paper writing as and for my last will and testament.
First I command my soul to God and my body to a Christian burial.
I leave devise and bequeath unto my son Phillip Moore all and singular all
my one half or moiety of those houses lands and premises purchased by my
husband the said William Moore from John Killey deceased and his
wife situate in the said parish Patrick part of the Quarterland of Reaby
bounded on the north by the rent of Thomas Cubbin on the east and south by
the rent of Robert Moore and on the west by the rent of David Harris
Davidson to have and to hold unto him the said Phillip Moore his heirs and
assigns from the heirs of me the said Ellinor Moore the houses lands and
premises aforesaid together with all ways waters watercourses easements
liberties rights members and appertainances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining from the day of my death forever.
I leave and bequeath unto my six children namely William, Thomas, John,
Edward, Charles and Cathrine the sum of ten shillings each as legacies.
I leave and bequeath unto my daughter Ellinor one shilling as legacy her
father's the said William Moore have provided for her.
Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my said son Phillip Moore sole
executor of this my last will and testament here debarring all others
claiming here under with one shilling legacy and revoking all former
wills by me here to fore made.
In testimony whereof I have unto affixed my cross mark to my name this 9th
day of February 1855.
