I Jane Boardman of Windsor Cottage in the town of Douglas widow of the late
Robert Boardman do hereby make publish and declare this paper writing as and
for my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say:
I leave devise and bequeath unto my daughter Jane Boardman and her heirs and
assigns all and singular a certain dwelling house garden and premises called
Windsor Cottage aforesaid and situate at the corner of Windsor Road and
Albert Steet  in the said town of Douglas also a certain dwelling house in
Albert Street  in the said town at present  in occupation of Sarah Hay as
tenant  and which said premises are more particularly described in a certain
deed of Trust bearing equal date herewith and made between me of the first
part Samuel Harris Esquire of the second part and which said devise I now
make an exercise of the power of appointment reserved by me in the said
deed.
I leave and bequeath unto the said Jane Boardman the whole of my personal
estate of whatever kind or natures soever and wheresoever the same may be
situated.
I leave and bequeath to Eliza Claxton my daughter the sum of five shillings
as a legacy she being otherwise provided for.
I nominate and appoint my said daughter Jane Boardman sole executrix and
lastly I hereby cancel and make void all other wills or will by me at any
time hereofore made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this Twenty seventh
day of April 1861.
