	  This is the last Will and 
	Testament of me John Casement 
	Senior of the Parish of Lonan 
	Millwright. I will order and 
	direct that all my just debts which
	I shall owe at the time of my death 
	(save and except such as are charged
	by way of mortgage on my real 
	estate) funeral expenses and the 
	charges of the probate of this my Will 
	and all other incidental charges 
	and expenses attending the same 
	be first fully satisfied and discharged 
	And as to the rest residue and 
	remainder of my personal estate 
	of household furniture, monies, 
	goods, chattels and effects 
	whatsoever and wheresoever 
	over which I shall have a disposing 
	power at the time of my decease I 
	give devise and bequeath the same 
	unto my wife Catherine Casement 
	whom I do hereby appoint and nominate 
	Executrix of this my last Will and I 
	hereby revoke annul and set aside 
	all former Wills made by me. In 
	witness whereof, I have hereunto set 
	my name this twelfth day of 
	October one thousand eight 
	hundred and fifty
	      		John Casement

	mind memory and understanding)
