This is the last will and testament of me Amelia Callow of the Town of
Douglas Spinster
I leave and bequeath to my sister Mrs. Jane Moore the whole of my personal
Estate Chattels Effects and I nominate and appoint her sole executrix hereof
Witness my name this 23d November 1864

At a Chapter Court holden at Douglas on the 27th day of October 1865
Richard Sherwood and John Cubbon the witnesses to the foregoing paper
writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Amelia Callow
deceased having made oath on the Holy Evangelists that the Testatrix when
of sound mind duly executed the same as and for her last Will and Testament
in their presence Samuel Shallcross Callow is sworn well and truly to
execute the same according to Law to pay all the just debts legacies and
funeral expences of the testatrix so far forth as the goods will extend and
the law bind him and to return a true and perfect inventory of the said
Estate with an accurate account of his acts and proceedings in the premises
to the Episcopal Registry of this Diocese when thereunto lawfully required
and to these ends he hath given pledges namely Richard Sherwood and George
Maley both of the Town of douglas who have executed the usual Bond in the
presence of the Court
