An Ecclestiastical Court held in Peel on the 21st day of June 1867 Ann
Killlip of the Moaney in the parish of German, widow, having died on or
about the 5th day of September 1866, having made and executed her will (as
is alleged) and therein named her son William Killip executor thereof and
the said Will being now in course of litigation - at the petition of the
above named William Killip, Administration pendents lite of all and
singular, the personal estate and effects of the above named Ann Killip,
deceased, is hereby granted to Philip Clucas, Sumner or the said Parish of
German, and accordingly he is sworn well and truly to administer the said
estate and effects of the said deceased by paying her just debts and funeral
expenses so far forth as the said estate and effects will extend and the law
bind him and holding the residue thereof according to Law and to return to
the Episcopal Registry of this Diocese a full, true, and perfect inventoryo
thereof with an accurate account of his acts and proceedings in the premises
and to these ends he hath given pledges, namely, John Killey of
Lambfield-Beg and William Killip of the Moaney, both in the parish of
German, who have entered into and executed the usual bond in the presence of
the court.
